How does this work?

• After purchase, we will send you a link to Geeky Graph's Microsoft Teams page through which you can share your questions. This will be sent to the email address that you share with us at the time of purchase.
• You can share the questions in whatever format you prefer: you could type your question or take a screenshot from your PC or phone. Please ensure that the images are clear so that we can help you as soon as possible.
• The 10 questions pagage is valid for 30 days and the 50 questions package is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. You get to decide how and when to utilize your questions during this period. You do not have to send us all your questions all at once. Rather, you may want to send us the questions that you have the most trouble with over the course of multiple days.

• Do I need to install any software?

Yes, you will need to install Microsoft Teams. You will use Teams to send us your questions and to receive solutions from us.

• What if I have follow-up questions after reading the solutions?

You are welcome to ask any number of follow-up questions as you like. Our priority is to make sure that you are able to learn.

• What if I don't have enough questions right away?

Worry not! You do not have to exhaust all of your questions right away. If you choose the 10 question package, you have up to 30 days to ask questions. If you choose the 50 question package, you have up to 90 days to ask your questions.
